Order Processing Time

For orders placed in the month of February 2025, please allow 4 to 5 weeks for production and shipment. We will be going on a vacation~ Thank you for your support! Normal processing time is below:

Matsumanju ships from California, United States. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for production time. Our iron-on and sew-on embroidered patches are carefully handcrafted per order and go through multiple quality checks before it is ready to be shipped out.


Domestic Orders

Shipping may take up to 2-8 business days for domestic delivery.


USA order shipping options:

  • US Free Shipping [NO TRACKING] - *Please be aware of the risk of losing your package by choosing the NO TRACKING shipping option. Matsumanju is not responsible for any lost packages after shipment*

  • USPS First-Class Package [WITH TRACKING] - shipping rate is calculated at checkout based on the recipient’s address.

International Orders

International shipping may take 1-4 weeks depending on the destination country.


*International orders may be subjected to the destination country’s Customs, Duties, and Tax Fees. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay these fees to receive the package. Packages with unpaid fees will be returned to us and the total amount of the order, minus the shipping fee, will be refunded.*

International Mail Suspensions

The US Postal Service has occasional mail suspensions in certain areas of the world due to various reasons. Please check their website to double check your location!

Orders placed from a country with mail delivery disruptions will not ship and the full amount will be refunded back to you.
