Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds at this time.
Exchanges
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you would like to exchange for another item(s). The total value of the exchange must be equal to or over the amount of your previous order. Send back the item(s), in original condition(product packaging must be included), within 30 days of receiving the package. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee. Once we receive the item(s) and we’ve confirmed that it is in its original condition, we will send the new order to complete the exchange.
Our products go through meticulous quality checks before it is shipped out. Although rare, we understand that accidents can happen before or during the shipping process. We also offer exchanges if your order is damaged, or you received the wrong item(s). Contact us at chia@matsumanju.com within 7 days of receiving your order and include your order number and pictures of the item(s), so we can swiftly help you out. Then we will send you a replacement order at no cost to you.
Cancellations
We only accept order cancellation due to incorrect address input. Please contact us ASAP because we cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped out.
If your order has already been shipped out, do not worry, there’s still hope!
We can still contact the postal service and they may be able to correct the address on the package but it is not guaranteed. Matsumanju is not responsible for any lost packages after shipment.
